    Vastly Improved Drawings

The Vermirror has been great fun to use, and I am glad that I bought it. I learned quickly how to use the Vermirror to vastly improve my pencil drawings. If I did not know that I produced these drawings, then I would not have believed it. I am looking forward to drawing more of these little “Vermiracles”.

Great Tool for learning oil painting

Got the Vermirror Pro to help with blending oil paint to match my reference image. Really does the job - and provides a 1:1 for adjustments that I find very helpful.

    Clever Tool

I found out about this tool after watching the documentary 'Tim's Vermeer'. Tim makes it look easy, but after getting over the slight initial learning curve, it has been an invaluable tool. One thing which I may look into is to 3D print parts to use a smaller mirror, so less of your field of view is of the image reflection.

    Great product, great company

Great product, great company. I watched Tim’s Vermeer and went about making various DIY comparator mirrors with varying levels of success. Decided to make life easier and just purchase the Vermirror. Haven’t regretted the decision since.

I have never painted in my life, much less with oil paint. First time with a black and white oil paint portrait and, after some initial pains (don’t worry about exact, minute detail; think about it more in terms of “blocking”) figured it out with a good result. The attached photo shows this initial attempt, which I did not finish. Once I got down the general technique I switched to a color painting which, I’m currently finding out, is substantially more difficult!

Hi. I am still getting use to it. I haven't completely cracked the code on using it but it is alot of fun and I enjoy a good challenge. My wife has cracked the code on using it and finds it's amazing. Thanks again and I hope this review is what you are looking for. V/r T. B.
